Tenant Fees


Holding Deposit

A deposit of 1 weeks’ rent is paid by a Tenant in order to hold a property for a week’s period, whilst the referencing procedure takes place. If successful and the letting proceeds, this fee is added onto your 5 weeks’ Tenancy Deposit.

5 Weeks’ Rent as a Dilapidations Deposit

A deposit is paid by a Tenant at the commencement of a tenancy and is held with the DPS or the Landlord’s chosen scheme – At the end of the tenancy, it is dealt with in accordance with the terms of the Tenancy Agreement

Company Reference – £250

This fee is charged to the company to cover the cost of referencing (identity, immigration and visa confirmation, financial credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers / landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability).

Landlord Fees

Landlord referencing fees will be updated on our website soon

Fully Managed – 12% of total annual rent inclusive of VAT

Rent Collection – 8.4%of total annual rent inclusive of VAT

Provide free valuation and suggest improvement to maximise income

Let Only – 6% of total annual rent inclusive of VAT
