Paolo established himself early in his career as a successful estate agent, driven by a vision to provide a more reputable and personal service within the industry. This led to the founding of Coultons Estate Agents in 2016, with branches in Chingford and Wood Green, offering both sales, lettings and property management services.
Since then, Paolo has built a highly respected, award-winning business with a close-knit team and an ethos centred on exceptional personal service. Coultons has developed a loyal base of repeat clients and has managed hundreds of Lettings properties across North and East London.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the sustainability and building sectors, Xerxes brings a strong technical and operational perspective to estate management.
In recent years, he has been instrumental in the growth of a highly successful managing agent in the affluent Ascot area, overseeing sites across West Surrey and East Berkshire. His portfolio included several developments (nearly 300 units), ranging from single blocks to complex gated communities with multiple blocks (up to 78 units), as well as a rural gated development of 14 detached houses with landscaped grounds, sports facilities, and shared amenities.
